FAQ

Why offline?
To protect your privacy. Almost all voice input software today collects your personal information — every word you say may be collected, harvested, exploited, or used to train AI models. If your speech contains private or confidential information, there is a risk of leakage. Zian operates entirely offline; your data never leaves your computer.
Why guarantee fully offline operation?
Beyond privacy protection, fully offline means you can use it anywhere: on airplanes, in subways, in areas with poor signal, abroad, or anywhere without internet — Zian works perfectly.
Why use a phone as a microphone?
Phone microphones typically have much better quality than built-in PC microphones, with superior noise cancellation and audio capture. You also save the cost of purchasing and configuring an external microphone.
Why do voice processing on the PC?
PCs have powerful processors. Running voice recognition on the PC saves your phone's computing power and battery, while achieving higher recognition accuracy.
